Wicked United States eastern lawyers have sharpened their tongues for evil. Northern, Southern and Western each have their own "style" of evil, but in the Eastern United States this is what wicked lawyers do:

They fill their allotted time with evil words, (Proverbs 10:19), then right at the end of their time they vomit up "facts." This keeps the truth at bay, their opponent off guard and the judge confused. Thus, at the end of their vocal confusion there is not time left to cross-examine their lies.

Mr. Weiner provides a perfect example as he is from New York. You will have to watch the whole video, then focus in on the last ten seconds to see the evil he does.
