 I do not understand the Bible verse as it relates to Nixon & Graham .

The main point is that everyone uses God for their own purpose. It is an attempt to get God to serve us, rather than we serve God. Though so many use the name of God, or invoke His blessing - it is really themselves they are serving. Such as Nixon. Thanks for the question.
